Privacy Policy
Lueur does not require an account, does not operate an AppFactory user database, does not show advertising, and does not track users across apps or websites.
- Profile preferences, shifts, sleep windows, transition plans, reminders, sleep entries, sleep debt estimates, caffeine logs, light exposure logs, fatigue check-ins and exports are stored on device.
- Optional iCloud sync uses the user's personal iCloud account. AppFactory does not operate a separate Lueur sync server.
- Optional Apple Health access is read-only for sleep analysis. Lueur does not write Health data.
- Optional Calendar access reads selected calendar events to suggest shift imports. The user chooses which events are added.
- Camera or Photos access is used only when the user scans or imports a schedule image for on-device text recognition.
- Local notifications can be scheduled for caffeine cutoffs, light exposure, sleep windows, pivot days and recovery actions.
- Widgets and the Apple Watch app receive the next action, sleep window and vigilance score through local app group storage.
- PDF, CSV and JSON exports are created only when the user chooses to export data.
- Premium purchases are processed by Apple's App Store and entitlement status is managed through RevenueCat. Shift, sleep, HealthKit, caffeine, light, fatigue and export content is not sent to RevenueCat by Lueur.
- Lueur does not sell data, use third-party advertising, or request Apple's App Tracking Transparency permission.
Subscription
Lueur Premium purchases are processed by Apple's App Store. AppFactory does not receive payment card details.
RevenueCat may receive technical and transaction information needed to validate purchases, such as an anonymous app user identifier, product identifier, receipt or purchase token, purchase date and entitlement status. RevenueCat's privacy policy is available at revenuecat.com/privacy.
Data deletion
Lueur data stays on device unless the user enables iCloud sync, exports it, or shares it. Users can delete local Lueur data from the app's data/privacy controls or by deleting the app. If iCloud sync is enabled, synced copies may also need to be managed through Apple ID and iCloud settings.

Lueur provides general information about sleep, light, caffeine and shift scheduling. It does not diagnose, treat or replace medical advice.
If you experience severe sleepiness, fall asleep while driving, suspect sleep apnea or have any medical concern, consult a qualified healthcare professional. Do not drive if you do not feel fit to do so.
