Nyxlog does not diagnose, treat, recommend medication or replace advice from a qualified clinician.

Nyxlog is a private tracking journal for recording migraine history, noticing personal patterns and preparing medical appointments.

Nyxlog works without an account, backend database, advertising SDK, external medical API or AI service.

Migraine attacks, symptoms, triggers, medications, sleep entries, notes and settings are stored locally on device.
Optional iCloud sync uses the user's personal iCloud account. AppFactory does not operate a separate journal server.
Optional Apple Health access is read-only for sleep data. Nyxlog does not write Health data.
Exports are user controlled through the iOS share sheet or Files picker.
Nyxlog Pro purchases are processed by Apple In-App Purchase and managed through RevenueCat for entitlement status. Migraine journal content is not sent to RevenueCat.
Nyxlog does not sell data, use third-party advertising, or track users across apps and websites.
